Situated at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, 65 miles north of Denver, Fort Collins is home to a wide variety of recreational opportunities, diverse cultural attractions, a vibrant nightlife scene, and family fun galore.

The Cache La Poudre River offers world class whitewater rafting and just to the west of town lies Horsetooth Mountain and Lory State Park where mountain biking, hiking, and horseback riding are plentiful.

The town has four breweries offering award winning beers. Drinkers and non-drinkers alike can find plenty of other things to do in this city. Activities include visiting the various museums in the area, shopping, taking a tour of old town, or enjoying the nature that surrounds the relaxed small town feel that Fort Collins is known for.

Being the home of Colorado State University (the Rams), there are plenty of sporting and cultural events to participate in.
